Dr. Urvashi completed her residency at University of Nevada, Reno in 2015. She is licensed with the Medical Board of Examiners, Nevada. She was employed at Lakes Crossing Center, Reno from 2015 to 2018 where she dealt with competency evaluation in the Forensic Department with the state of Nevada. Currently she is employed at Northern Nevada Hopes Clinic on a part time basis. Dr. Urvashi completed her medical school from the government medical college in India. Dr. Urvashi moved to USA in 2008 and previously lived in Portland, Oregon before starting her residency in 2011.
